iCoffee - City Center Deira

Friendly staff like Eric who have a good knowledge in menu and knows the type of specialty coffee. I have also recently bought Sage coffee machine from iCoffee where Eric has also assisted us. He provided great information about the product that made us decide to get it for home use.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Bhaghawan at iCoffee! He’s been absolutely amazing every time we’ve visited. Not only is he super friendly and professional, but he also goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who consistently puts in that extra effort, but Bhaghawan does it with a smile every single time. Whether it’s customizing our drinks, helping us find a good spot to sit, or just being genuinely warm and welcoming—he’s been incredibly accommodating and kind. Also the whole team is incredibly friendly!

I had such a great time at I coffee. I went there to work and they had very comfortable sitting, amazing ambience, and good coffee. Eric was very nice and kind enough to show me how my V60 was prepared. Splendid experience, really!

I left with a satisfied smile and a mental note: “Come back. Soon.” It started with a simple V60 request—wild berry Colombia blend. What I got was bold but delicate, with that perfect fruity complexity. The oat milk option? One of the better ones I’ve had—creamy, not overpowering, just smooth. Then came the beef brisket sandwich. And honestly? That alone makes this place worth visiting. Savory, tender, balanced. You could build a menu around it. Everything just clicked—great coffee, great food, great atmosphere. What more do you need?

iCoffee – Our Chill Post-Meal Ritual at DCC Mall iCoffee has become our go-to spot after meals in DCC Mall—and for good reason! It’s usually less crowded, so you actually get to sip your coffee in peace (yes, without fighting for a seat). They serve generous portions, and I love that they offer decaf and plant-based milk options, big plus for those of us who are dairy-sensitive or just cutting back on caffeine. Highly recommend! Their pastries deserve a little spotlight too—the lazy cake is a must-try, and their cheese Basque (burnt cheesecake) is rich, creamy, and hits the sweet spot every time. The staff? Super friendly and polite—always makes the experience even warmer. They also sell cool coffee machines and a nice selection of merch for fellow coffee lovers. Sure, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but honestly? For the quality, calm vibe, and kind service—it’s worth it. A little treat never hurt

A very pleasant experience at iCoffee in City Centre. The coffee was made by Eric. Wow it was made with love, precision, and perfection! The order was received by Farcel. She was very pleasant. The only suggestion is to upgrade the selection of sandwiches. Very limited options and not displayed well.
